Cancellation Policy & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You have no right of cancellation if you expressly agreed when booking/purchasing that we should begin to provide the service before the end of the cancellation period and this service has been provided. If we have partially provided the service, you no longer have a right of cancellation.

Deadline for booking coaching programs and online courses
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The contract is concluded on the day on which you receive a confirmation email from us after a successful booking/purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us:
Katrin Wagner, Beedstraße 54, 40468 Düsseldorf, Germany or to mail@otheroworldlysuccess.com by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form provided by us as Appendix 2 for this purpose. You are not obliged to use one of these withdrawal templates. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. If you made the payment by bank transfer, please provide us with your account details, as we can only see part of your account details on the bank statement.
If you have agreed that we should begin providing the service before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, you must also pay us consideration (fees) for these services and will not be entitled to any reimbursement.
