Here’s what I encourage you to stop:
Stop doing what you feel obligated to do but don’t enjoy.
Stop the tasks that drain your energy.
Stop what’s not working.
Stop what is working if it doesn’t align with your future goals.
Stop the 80% of things you do that only generate 20% of your income.
Stop with the unhealthy diet - the news and food of low nutritional value.
Stop engaging in relationships you feel obliged to maintain but don't enjoy.
Stop thinking you have no time to work out or take a walk in nature today.
Stop thinking you're here only to work and not to contribute.
Stop believing things happen randomly TO you. Nothing is random.
Stop making spirituality a practice - you ARE spirit.
Stop engaging with thoughts or feelings that create nothing for you.
Stop drinking that 2nd cup of coffee - take a walk or breathe instead.
Stop staying up late - your nervous system needs that rest after 10 PM.
Stop believing that it's too late or too impossible to change.
Stop putting meetings on your calendar when you need time for creativity.
Stop focusing on narrow goals when you should execute on vision and purpose.
Stop engaging in partnerships just because your ego tells you you can't do it alone.
Stop working for money when you can work for a purpose.
Stop believing the world is coming to an end when it's recreating itself through you.
Stop following advice.
Now take a break and enjoy your day.
Make it precious and savior the moment.
It's precious, and so are you.
