Here is a suggestion for an exercise on how to release karmic contracts and soul contracts. Spoiler alert: You have to mean it and bathe the other person in love while you say these words. You ideally say these words out loud, as speaking things out loud increases the frequency and electric charge that you put out into the quantum field.

It's not working.
I'm tearing up the contract.
I forgive you.
I release you.
I let you go.
You go your way with love,
and I'll go mine.
