There's a simple measurement for "bad" leaders, and it is this: Their behavior and business model are based on competition. Competition, hierarchies embedded in old-paradigm matrix structures, clinging to titles, and chasing to win by defeating the other is nothing but "bad" behavior that's deeply rooted in fear and often narcissistic personality traits.

If a leader is severely and deeply confident and knows who (s)he is, there can be no competition. Because once you innerstand that you are truly unique and that you don't know what you don't know and therefore begin to break down barriers and leverage the beauty of standing firm in the awareness of your uniqueness, you're unstoppable. The more YOU you are, the more authentic and truthful you are. And that attracts the right people and opportunities with the speed of light - and repels any "foul eggs" that were never meant for you and will only cause trouble along the process of co-creating.

When the True Ones begin to lead themselves powerfully, they will be joined by magnetic forces. Collaboration, coming from a place of true purpose and a shared vision, is what makes what the mind tags as impossible very possible, and it does that very quickly.

The more you compete - the more insecure you are.

The more insecure you are - the more you don't know who you are.

The more you don't know who you are - the less you can connect.

The less you can connect - the less you can attract.

Leadership is Self-Leadership.

It is inherently a blend of Energy Management and Shadow Work.

You have to move beyond your darkness if you want to lead people towards the light.

You can do it the low vibe way - which is slow and hard.

Or you can take the high road - which is fun and fast.

So please - assess yourself today, starting from your level of perceived "competition".

It's nothing but a trauma response that's active in your autonomous nervous system.

The less you compete, the more true ones will begin to follow you. And stick with you.

People can smell your fear ten miles away against the wind.

Nobody wants to free-willingly go with a fearful leader, unless coerced.

The True Ones resonate with authenticity, trust, and courage.

And they will only offer these gems to you if you go first.

Namaste.
