I found this today and decided to share it. Thalassophile ... what a scientific relief, we can finally put an intellectual name tag to the underlying condition that we're all experiencing. The more intellectual it is, the harder to pronounce and the less natural it gets. Find the humor in creations of the intellect. #smiley
The truth is: We're more than 70% water. Subconsciously, we recognize the ocean in us. Our main element is mirrored to us when we're by the ocean. And the ocean recognizes itself in us. We're all one, and "everything is made from the same stuff", as my Ayurveda Teacher used to say.
All the elements that are present in this universe are in us: Ether, Air, Fire, Earth, and Water. Water being the most dominant of our existential building blocks, carries meaning. Water carries memory. Water carries consciousness.
Have you ever watched scientists expose water to different frequencies to change its molecular structure? You play Heavy Metal Music, the water instantly changes its structure to a very disorganized pattern. You play High Frequency Tunes, water instantly becomes coherent.
Coherent and highly energized water is life-giving. It is only logical, because we are ... yes, exactly, we're 70% water, and each of our cells is massively dependent on high-quality, high-frequency water. The more coherent our cells are, the better we function and the higher we vibrate and attract. Our body, in essence, is a powerful receiver and magnet at the same time.
If you go to my Shop, you will find a selection of products that I've been using for years to make my cells and the water inside my body more coherent and to infuse my water and cellular structures with the highest quality. (No affiliate links, don't worry; sharing is caring).
But there's another reason why we're so drawn to the water for our wellbeing. When we look at the water, there is nothing but the horizon in sight. It is endless and without boundaries. So are we once we recognize our true nature. When we return to the water, we essentially return home and re-align with our true unlimited nature. Our nervous system comes to rest because the fight-or-flight part in our brain that is responsible for our survival calms down and relaxes because it doesn't have to calibrate any distances from your physical experience to potential "threats" like mountains, animals, cars, and other objects or subjects. It tunes into endlessness and spaciousness, and you finally come to rest. You return home.
So yes - you might want to be the intellectual and call yourself a Thalassophile. Or you might just re-align with your true nature and place called home and simply BE by the water.
